To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken through your account.

Epix Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

We strive to maintain at least 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In case of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, we may issue service credits as outlined in our internal SLA (Service Level Agreement).

We perform regular backups as part of our maintenance process. However, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups, as we cannot guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Certain services, such as domain registrations or setup fees, may be non-refundable.

Epix Digital's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or used for prohibited activities.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
